I have wanted to do this for a while....Grilled desert! Just a touch of olive oil before putting them "pit-down" on the drum. After about 8 minutes, flip, put some cream cheese where the pit was, and a sprinkle of brown sugar. Leave on for another 5 minutes. Serve with a soft Snickerdoodle and vanilla ice cream....my guests said it tasted like "Deconstructed Peach Cobbler!" Soooooooo Good!
