Corn on the cob with boneless chicken thighs.
Soak the corn in water for 30 minutes. Notice I am not doing anything but soaking. No peeling back removing silk etc.
On the drum with the basket in the raised position. Five minutes and then turn a quarter turn, until all sides done. Move to the outside of the fire nest and cook the chicken. When done using the cotton glove with the nitrile glove over set up on your hands peel back the husk and silk and serve.

For an outside Party, take an old coffee can, fill half way with water and then put in some butter and keep this on the grill grate. The butter will melt and will remain on the top. Then when you peel back the husks (and silk) just dip in the can. Corn passes through the butter on the way in and out since the butter is on the top. You don't really need the water, but without it you would need a lot of butter to be able to get the whole cob covered when dipping it in the can.
