Hello all! Tonight I wanted to try a reverse sear I got a few prime ribeye from Costco, rubbed and let them set about 8hrs. Smoked at 225-245 for about 45min over lump and apple chips, then raised basket increased to full temp and seared each side a couple minutes each. My marks didn't turn out perfect, but the taste was phenomenal! Thanks for the tips on here!
