Tastes great! total cook time ended up being 1 hour and 50 minutes on lump mesquite with some cherry smoke chips. Used a garlic and oregano butter under the skin, and EVOO and Santa Maria style rub on the outside,, a little pressed for time today. And Scooter, Thanks for your advice on the powder.
