A Jallelujah Jalapeno Bass

I took the evening off awhile back and headed to my favorite fishing hole. Mainly went for the "quiet" but caught one bass and brought it home.

Stuffed the bass with lime slices, minced leeks, cilantro, garlic and sprinkled with BPS Jallelujah Jalapeno seasoned salt, then wrapped in leek leaves.
(I microwaved the leaves for a few seconds to make them pliable)

into the BPS Drum with some spicy rice...

It turned out great! Loved the taste of the Jallelujah seasoning on the fish and the leek leaves added a nice flavor too. Hope to make this again.

How are your shrimp doing so far this year?

I didn't stock the pond this spring. The drought has been playing heck with the water situation...Hope to next year though. :)

This I must try. We don't use bras that mutch over here. But will try this (when i Get one)

Thanks Alf! I was hoping to catch a catfish but this was better than no fish at all. It tasted pretty good! :)
