get the drum running about 225 on the dial....
take an artichoke and split in half...then cut the sip off to square add Big Poppa Desert Gold and two thin pads of butter and then drizzle some vinegar I used a balsamic reduction go easy on the vinegar just giving it a little acid

put on cooker for about 45 minutes
then put your steaks on and cook for 18 minutes and then flip and cook for another eighteen minutes and rest sprinkle the artichokes with parmesean, rest the steak and serve
