Ribeye firs time ever!

So i had to try this thing called ribeye. Got a nice lump of meat. And seasoned it with BP double secret steak rub. Started the potatoes 15 min earlier. And set the drum for 275*F and smoked the meat to 140*F and wraped it. Had the drum set for reverse and had the corn and tatoes done. The meat came on for 2 min each side and that was great. Not the last time.

Another great looking plate Alf! You must be the envy of the neighborhood!

One gets the leftovers and loves it :p So in two weeks I'm challenged to make something for the summerparty we have in our neigbourhood. guess either PC or PP... the sausages for the kids are sorted already. Coldslaw and baced beans... think I have to brush of the weber 22" or build a secound drum :p

learned a lot from you guys :) never don this meat before.. :) just tenderloin but this was better, and BP right seasoning..
