So i had to try this thing called ribeye. Got a nice lump of meat. And seasoned it with BP double secret steak rub. Started the potatoes 15 min earlier. And set the drum for 275*F and smoked the meat to 140*F and wraped it. Had the drum set for reverse and had the corn and tatoes done. The meat came on for 2 min each side and that was great. Not the last time.
And even my wife loved it
