Pulled Beef Chuck on Beer Bread

I like these sandwiches but make sure you have plenty of help eating one! (sorry! picture heavy)
I seasoned beef chuck roast with dry rub, added beef stock and onions..
Smoked in BPS UDS

made beer bread...

3 cups self rising flour
pinch of salt
1/4 cup of sugar
one beer

brushed with butter and added sesame seeds..

made smokey cheese disc with blended cheeses..

Forgot to add... I foiled the beef half way through and added more stock. Then let it smoke til tender.

Kevin it was about 3/4 of the way up the side of the meat. Sometimes I skip the pan and just wrap the chuck in foil with the stock and onions. The pan is a lot easier to use though. :) Thanks again!

That looks amazing. Once again, an incredible cook from Jeanie! Way to go. I think this is another candidate for the Hall of Fame Recipes... I like it. I will try my own take on this one day, for sure.
