Kept it simple. Pork shoulder has BPS Jallelujah Jalapeno Bacon Rub, Sweet Money Rub and Happy Endings. One rack has Smackers BBQ rub, and the other has BPS Jallelujah Jalapeno Bacon Rub, Money Rub and Happy Endings.

Just a bit of a close up. At the end, I'll sauce one rack (mine) with Plowboys Sweet 180,

See you in a few hours.

Here are some closing shots. Since I kept the stinkin' lid closed, I have only some plated shots.

Just some bones and some slaw, but that'll do, Pig.

My MIL loved the ribs and couldn't believe how tender they turned out.

My wife seldom likes my smoked food, but she had to give me a few props for the PP and the ribs.

Nice!!! CU got some Sweet Baby Ray's sauce, love me some honey chipotle! To answer an earlier question, yes i did have my SS drum polished, kinda hides all the little inperfections. It's more of a brushed look, you could probably do it yourself with some fine grit emory cloth or sand paper.
