Long time since i posted here, but here are a litle made this weekend.

A tender lion on my big D :) done this a copple og times this winter but this was perfect. First i started the Drum up to 250* - rubbes the meat with: Chef Paul meat magic and set the Igrill for an core temp for 140*.

After the coretemp hit 140* i wrapped the meat in tinn foil for 1,5 - 2 hors!!

Made a salad and potatoes and searsed the meat just before serving :)

Wow wow wow!! Perfection! I doubt the wife enjoyed that level of doneness! Right? She likes it well done or have you been able to turn her?

Haven't turned, no. But after slising her meat, the drum still got heat to sears hers right grey colour as she likes :) but pink bumper to bumper like I learned here :)

Looks awesome Alf. You might have to resort to force feeding... Just one of many options available :D
