Long time since i posted here, but here are a litle made this weekend.
A tender lion on my big D done this a copple og times this winter but this was perfect. First i started the Drum up to 250* - rubbes the meat with: Chef Paul meat magic and set the Igrill for an core temp for 140*.

After the coretemp hit 140* i wrapped the meat in tinn foil for 1,5 - 2 hors!!
Made a salad and potatoes and searsed the meat just before serving
