Beautiful Saturday, so I fired up the drum. Decided I hadn't cooked ribs in a while, soooo ......

Used BPS Money & Sweet GA Heat on the ribs with my homemade sauce at the end. The pic is before the sauce. Got distracted at the end & overcooked the ribs a bit, but the flavor was great.

Also did some MOINK balls & they almost got devoured before I could get a pic

Rounded out the meal with some baked beans

It's my version of a recipe I found on the internet. It is really good.

1 can Bush's Southern BBQ beans
6 (or more) slices of cooked bacon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 medium onion diced
1/2 small bell pepper diced
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbs ground mustard
1 jalapeno diced (optional or more if you want to spice it up)

Mix all ingredients in bowl. I normally crumble all the bacon but this time I kept 3 slices whole on top for appearance. Pour into pan & cook in smoker for 1 to 1.5 hr (depending on temp).
