Got some beautiful tri-tip at Costco.
Made the glue from yellow mustard and Worcestershire sauce and added a good coat of Montreal steak spice.
Marinated some chicken breasts in zesty Italian dressing and topped them with bacon for the kids.
Cooked to internal temp of 110*, flipped and finished at approximately 140*. Sliced across the grain.
Bumper to bumper.
Oven roasted cauliflower and spuds...
Steakhouse mushrooms.
The kids loved the chicken.
