Chicken today, ribs tomorrow

Saw Big poppa making these a few days ago and he gave me some pointers, I couldn't wait to try it on my drum but I was a bit worried that I might not be able to get the smoker to the correct temperature, it was about 42 outside and it was raining on and off. I am happy to say Big Red had no problems getting and keeping 275.

These came out great! I used Slap Yo-Daddy rub and Blues Hog Smokey Mountain Sauce and finished it off with a bit of BPS Happy Ending.
And as the title says, tomorrow ribs!

Awesome!! Those look great! Anything you can tell about your process and what seasonings and sauce you used?
