My first baby backs!
Start with a classic Caesar salad.

2 hours on the drum @ 225*.

I foiled them with brown sugar, margarine, and honey. One hour at 275*. Rested 20 minutes in the foil and sauced.

Served with slaw, salad, beans and spuds.

Happy to say that the meal was a hit. I had comments like “best ribs ever”, “you hit it out of the park” and, my favorite, “I have had great ribs in Texas and you gave them a run for their money”. I am super pleased with the results. Thanks again Big Poppa! (and Kirsten for the great customer service).
