Been on four three hours the IQ 110 seams to be holding a stable temp.

All in all i was impressed with the IQ it maintain the temp well and the brisket was good for and 7 hour cook.

how did you do the install of that IQue? Looks like you drilled another hole. What did you install there to connect the hose? How do you shut it down when not using the IQue?

Pete, it was a 1" X 2" nipple with coupling on the end as Tony, said i used 1" conduit nuts on the inside and outside to secure the nipple. i also got a 1" plug to put in the nipple when the IQ is not being used instead of a $38.00 valve.
