My second attempt of a meal on the great Big Poppa's smoker was New York Steak with an ample amount of Double Secret Steak Rub and Veggie-Kabobs brushed with olive oil and dusted with Desert Gold.
Steaks taken off at 120 degrees, coals lifted and steaks reverse seared for 3 min. per side(thanks for the informative post Big Poppa). Kabobs on grill during searing time.
