Let the guys use it for the Wounded Warrior BBQ. They were using my drum for a heater, and they use a weed burner to fire up some wood. They felt bad, but I just think of it as a beauty mark.

No big deal I got some paint left over, these drums are meant to be used. I cooked 2 turkeys on Wednesday, people just couldn't get over what great cookers these are.

We spatchcocked the two ala the BP method, it's a great way to cook a turkey, and the only way I cook my chicken pretty much anymore. They turned out moist, tender and cook pretty quickly that way.

Getting through the turkey breastbone can be a challenge but it really is the best way to cook poultry
