Lancaster Competition

Friday Night at the comp Big Poppa cooks dinner for the team and some of his BBQ friends. Every once in awhile my wife Patty and I will go see the team. This started last year when they competed at the Pala Casino. I got Patty to agree by booking a room at the Pala Casino so if the whole BBQ comp wasn't her thing we could do some extra stuff. One of the reasons I bring that up. It was the first time for us to sample food Big Poppa cooked on the drum. Patty and I had a great time there and since then when the team is close, she is always up to the adventure. This Friday nights cook was something you may expect in a fine restaurant .The flavors were fantastic.
