I have been wanting to smoke some cheese but never done it. Has anyone done it on a drum? If so, could you please share? Thanks.

sort of tough on a drum as you really want to be able to keep those temps super low...Ideally you want to keep the smoke temp below 98.6 the temp of a cow any hotter and the butterfat of the cheese hits its boiling point which is the normal temp of the cow like us 98.6

the amaznsmoke generator is probably the best way to do it in your smoker and we just so happen to sell it...I recommend the maze one
