Used some French's as glue and a generous coat of Head Country all purpose championship seasoning. Let it smoke with mesquite chips for 3 hours at about 225-250 turned it over twice to let the juices hit the coal. Probe hit 150 so out of the drum and let it sit for 15 minutes or so.

Looks nice, like the idea of flipping for the juices to hit the coals. Cooked they way I like it.
