Smoked Chuck on Indian Fry Bread

I've not had the chance to cook lately but am trying to make up for it.

Smoked a beef chuck on The Music Man... seasoned with cracked black pepper, coarse salt and garlic.

After 2 hours at 275F, I added beef stock, onions and foiled....

I let it go for 3 1/2 more hours, just checked for tenderness not internal temp...

It was pretty tasty. I need to smoke chucks more often...

Yum!
I haven't tried cooking a chucky with onions, broth etc. It sure looks moist pulled and in the pan. I'll have to try this method next time.

YUMMMMM, I am looking forward to my dad getting out of the hospital so we can get his Drum assembled and get to cooking on it!!
