Started with some GIANT Shrimp Heared teh drum to 275

sprinkle it with Big Poppa's Money Rub and then wrapped in some bacon and sprinkled some more money! more money baby

Then I put some corn with Big Poppa's Happy Ending and some butter and wrapped in foil
then put on the drum for twelve minutes and flipped for twelve minutes handful of oak pellets
did a lower bastket sear because I wanted to get the bacon just right and put the swordfish on once the coals caught...7 minutes flip 5 minutes done

Then made a mozzerella tomato basil avocado caprese drizzled with olive oil and Balsamic reduction
