Beef Ribs

Did some Beef ribs for a Celebration of Life . Joel loved Football, and was a great cook. So his friends gather together and shared good food and told our favorite stories about Joel.
The ribs where prepared with Head Country rub and finished with bone sucking sauce with a little Blues hog mixed in. cooked on the BPS Drum using the 421 method. at a temp of 245º

jim those are absolutely fabulous...I generally dont like the three two one or 421 but you nailed it with beef ribs.....Imm going to cook them this week in your honor!
