these were very good. the peach jelly was good but the pineapple is the best one. love the pecan on the ribs too. these ribs coming off Ursula the last two times were just as good coming off Lucile. my wife thinks it a better product. very moist and juicy coming off the drum. going to try a butt real soon w/ Ursula. you don't need much smoke w/ a drum. its very easy to over smoke food w/ a drum. BP told me to just start w/ charcoal and then add wood a little at a time to get the flavor you looking for. so far all his advice has worked like a charm. dude, thanks for having my back. ;)

i got this rib thing. now to work and the rest of the meats. you could probably comp w/ 4 drums? lol...... no me. i love my backyard.
