Started the weekend with a little Chicken on the Drum. All marinaded in the Marinade Express. Nothing special just dinner.

Then lower the rack to crisp up the skin on the legs

I have the folding ones. They are from Bayou Classics

That one is a Trager the folding ones are nicer because they are easier to clean
