I modified a set of Rib-O-Lator trays to fit my 18" Cajun Bandit Kettle conversion and 30 Gallon REDRUM.

*Update on mod* The expandable ROL trays now fit the 18" bullet without modification.

I had a ribolator and dumped too many ribs into the coals the balance is so critical

I hear that a lot. I've only had it happen once with breasts at a comp. Fortunately a cook grate caught them. Balance is the key.
