Here's a video of what I did with mine. Have used it a few times and it cooks great and at an even temperature.
Enjoy!

Thanks.

I got it here on Amazon Amazon.com : SMOkettle : Smokers : Patio, Lawn & Garden (http://www.amazon.com/225-SMOkettle/dp/B00FQH5K8E/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1428331062&sr=8-1&keywords=SMOKettle)

I had first bought it because I was trying to smoke on a 22" Weber Kettle, but I found that trying to smoke on a Weber kettle is impossible without the temp. creeping up over 300F.

It fits perfectly into a drum.

FWIW, it is possible to smoke on a Weber, you just need to be screaming careful about air flow control. I use an iQue Temp Control iQue Temp Control (http://pitmasteriq.com/catalog/product/view/id/2). I am not advocating this product, just saying I used it successfully on the Weber. (Note that I am about to buy a BPS kit, so you can see how much I "like" smoking on a Weber...)
