I opted to smoke two turkey breasts for the big day. They turned out pretty well. They were even better in sandwiches the following day. Here is a quick phone pic!

I did two turkeys in my two drum smokers. Convincingly scarfed up. We hosted 20 guests, so between making the pies and dodging guests( why do they always congregate around the kitchen counter and dining room table) between the kitchen and drums on the deck, there's no pictures. It did too happen! It did! It did!
