Qucik Rib Run

My wife and I decided we are going to help our oldest son build a UDS for him graduating high school. I told him he was going to run this cook and learn to prep and all that good stuff.

So he bought the ribs, bought the right coal, got the smoker out, made me light it, he put the ribs on and LEFT!!! Kids!!!!!

So anyhow, he and his lady friend made it back in time to reap the rewards of my work. Well, the Big Poppa Drum smoker did the work. I just watched and had a barley pop or 3.

When I pulled them I actually was worried I had over cooked them due to how much pull back was on the bones. Upon first bite, I knew they were right. Nice bite through with very minimal tug and could clearly see where the teeth went through. No fall off the bone stuff.

The best part was, they were NOT 1 bite ribs. They were enjoy every bite ribs. Not candy.
