Enjoying my drum on my week between regular school year and summer school. Ribs earlier this week, salmon and burgers tonight.
Salmon, butter, salt, pepper, capers and fresh dill.
On the drum at about 250 on the drum thermometer for about 75 minutes (could have gone a little less, but it was still moist). Adler chips sprinkled on the top later of the basket.
Some kale chips on the gass. Did the sliders on their to. Wasn't sure about burgers with the Adler chips.
And I finally remembered to take a plated picture.
