Cooked some ribs for Easter Sunday and to take to the Stagecoach Music Festival. No live fire allowed on site. We cook all ahead of time and reheat with a sous vide device. The ribs had powdered "Money" rub we make by taking BPS Money rub and running it in a blender until it is flour consistency. Top with Zero to Hero rub. The sauce is Eat Barbecue IPO. Set the drum up as a indirect cooker and used two racks. We also cooked three racks on our MAK Pellet Grill.
