Ok I fired up the drum...tossed a handful of pellets in the drum....whipped up a citrus pomegranate marinade and then hit it with BPS Little Louies on one side and BPS Desert Gold on the other. Then I took a lemon and sliced it in half and dipped it into the oil mixture and then hit it with my new prototype Sriracha rub...grilled both on Grill Grates and look out
