I haven't posted in a while so I thought I would post tonight's dinner.

I moved the basket to the top position and heated up the 16 inch paella pan while I gathered my fixings. I then sautéed the shrimp in some EVOO.

Moved the shrimp to the side and sautéed the peppers, green beans, and the onion.

I then added the tomato and cooked it down.

Added rice with the seasoning and stirred it up to absorb the juices that were left behind

Added the broth and the clams.

Clams are open! Almost done, I just just need to let the rice absorb all the broth! I did add some extra broth at the end because it wasn't all the way done.

Next time I need to do more shrimp and clams. Possibly in a bigger pan. Kids couldn't get enough of it.
Thanks for looking!
