Strube Ranch Wagyu Flat Iron with Big Poppa Compound Butter

Top shelf cooking on some Strube Ranch Wagyu Flat Iron Steak. Seasoned with Big Poppa Double Secret Steak rub Four minutes a side covered...pull and rest and then sera for one minute a side.

Now the fun part Compound Butter is a crazy gourmet way of adding, enhancing flavor to your meat...its sort of a sauce that gets created when the butter with its varied ingredients melts into the meat and combines with the meats hot juices.

Take some preferably unsalted butter that is at room temp and mix you ingredients I used Chives Garlic and Lemon Zest

Then I mixed in some Big Poppa Money Rub

Roll in Saran Wrap and put in the fridge for awhile to re firm up
