Made a test of mini fatties I will be making for an upcoming festival.I used 4 ozs. of meat.

So what all goes in a fatty, i've seen quite a few references to it but what is it, looks great by the way.

This was a simple Fattie. my take on a bacon cheeseburger. Cheddar cheese with Sweet Baby Rays.
Roll 1 pound of ground meat inside of a 1 gallon ziplock bag.Cut bag open and turn out on wax paper. Put filling and roll up. Make basket weave and roll up again.
